How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from the Miora Business app by following these steps:
- Open the Miora Business app and sign in
- Tap the Account tab in the bottom navigation bar
- Tap the ⚙ Account Settings icon in the top-right corner
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom of the page
- Tap Delete Account and confirm in the dialog that appears
Once confirmed, your account and shop data will be immediately marked for deletion and you will be signed out.
Can't Access the App?
If you cannot access the app, you may submit a deletion request through one of the following:
- Email: support@miorapro.com (subject: Account Deletion Request)
- Online form: Contact Us
Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
Upon account deletion, the following data is immediately marked for removal:
- Shop profile (name, address, phone, description, images)
- Services and pricing
- Staff members and schedules
- Portfolio photos
- Customer records
- Chat history
- Notification history
- Device push tokens (FCM)
All of the above data is permanently purged from our systems within 30 days of the deletion request.
What Data May Be Retained?
Authentication Credentials
The email address used to sign in (Supabase Auth record) is not removed during the in-app deletion flow. If you require complete removal of your login credentials, please contact us at support@miorapro.com and we will handle the full purge.
Appointment Transaction Records
Appointment records associated with customers may be retained for up to 90 days after account deletion for business and legal compliance purposes, after which they are permanently deleted.
Customer Support Records
Support requests submitted via our contact form may be retained for up to 1 year for quality tracking purposes.
Technical Logs
System audit logs are retained for up to 90 days for error tracking and security monitoring.
